Brand Compliance. This is such a diverse topic, but we will endeavour to cover at least some of the pertinent points.

Kicking off, some brand quotes to help put things in perspective:

•A brand for a company is like a reputation for a person. You earn reputation by trying to do hard things well – Jeff Bezos

• It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you’ll do things differently – Warren Buffet• Brand is just a perception, and perception will match reality over time – Elon Musk

• If you don’t give the market the story to talk about, they’ll define your brand’s story for you – David Brier

• Products are made in a factory but brands are created in the mind – Walter Landor

• Your brand is the single most important investment you can make in your business – Steve Forbes

• Brand is the sum total of how someone perceives a particular organisation. Branding is about shaping that perception – Ashley Friedlein

So how does DigiCards relate to the above, and all the other “stuff” that impacts your brand, perception around you and/or your business, drives people to create a perception of who they think you are and how you manage yourself and/or your business, thus enabling them to attach a “value” to engaging with you and first impression of the value of your offering all before even knowing about your solution’s virtues, pricing and how you can assist them in a mutually beneficial manner:

• Consistent application across your entire organisation, hence no variations as to who has new cards and old cards (that they might still be getting rid of), or equally concerning when different printers or print runs leave you with variations of colours, stock, and the like.

• Current information at all times, not leaving customers and potential customers with outdated information.

• A quality engagement helps foster a quality perception, so when engaging with your business cards be they new, current, old, outdated, dog-eared, cracked, sticky or coffee-stained, how about if you have control over that.

• A new appointee can almost immediately have a fully operational and current DigiCard, no need for “I am still waiting for my business cards” and possible miscommunication of important information such as contact details

• An ex-employee doesn’t “dump” wasted cards, with wasted expenditure on those cards, as well as depending on how and where dumped the perception risk of someone seeing that.

• Always ready with the correct information, presented correctly, driving connection between yourself and your target audience when they are ready to consume your offering – a recipe of successful sales.

Like most things in life, any tool can be well or poorly implemented/applied. So of equal importance is engaging with experienced advice to guide you how best to leverage the technology of the DigiCard to your specific and particular needs. Over 25 years experience in a diversity of applications and arenas means the 3G’s team is well positioned to assist you.

Hopefully the point has been made. That said, at 3G’s we are always happy to chat with you about this.
